Terms & Conditions for Training

The customer has the right to change the start date by providing a minimum of seven days' notice, in writing or via email at [email protected], Any requests received after this date, may not be processed. This is due to limited class size and availability.

Once a module /part of a package/course has started, the refund will not be available for any part of the course.

Course fees exclude professional exam fees unless these were paid for separately.

The customer can claim a refund if applied for and received in writing within seven days of the enrolment date. This does not apply to courses starting within a week of enrolment. An administration charge of £500 is applicable if the refund is approved.

For some reason, if Mindqube Limited cannot run the class as scheduled, management has the right to change the course start date and time.

Free re-take only applies to the same course not the newer version and it is subject to availability and should be taken within 6 months from the course start date.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any delegate who failed to pay

We collect personal information when you register with us. As per GDPR compliance, we use this information to provide the service requested or contact you about your course/send you marketing information. We will not share your information with any external group/organization, except for cases of prevention of fraud or illegal activities

Upon completing the course, we will ask you for short video feedback that we sometimes share with prospective students online

Please note, that these terms are subject to change/review when and if necessary. All courses will be delivered within the United Kingdom.
